Terms of Service (ToS)

1. Object

These Terms govern the use of the DefyAudio SaaS service and the sale of subscriptions. Service provided by Nicolas Le Falher (DefyLabs).

2. Access to Service

The service is accessible for free with limitations, or via paid subscription for advanced features. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials.

3. Payment via Stripe

Our payments are processed by Stripe, a secure and PCI-compliant payment provider. Stripe handles all payment processing, including subscription management and billing. For payment-related questions, you can contact our support or manage your subscription directly through the Stripe billing portal.

4. Withdrawal / Refund

As digital content supplied on an intangible medium whose performance has begun with the consumer's agreement, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code. However, we offer a refund policy under certain conditions (see FAQ or support).

5. Liability

DefyAudio provides the tools "as is". We cannot be held liable for data loss or results obtained through the use of the audio and video tools. The user is solely responsible for the content they process via the service.

6. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
